Stretch

Do it.
This is a reminder to get up out of your chair and move around, do some stretches, go get a drink of water and a snack. I like Havarti and tart apples. Don’t sit hunched over your drawing tablet for six hours like I did. I spent the entire day yesterday in so much pain I thought I was going to throw up. But by somehow twisting JUST SO and causing the loudest pop I’ve heard from my spine was I able to realign it without needing to see a doctor.
Take a break and take care of your body. It’s the only one you have. Until we perfect human cloning and we’re able to harvest backup parts. Then all bets are off.
